Apartment Supervisor – On‑site Hospitality Lead

About the role

The Apartment Supervisor is the on‑ground presence ensuring Bel Air Luxury Apartments run smoothly throughout the day and evening, stepping into guest‑facing duties when the Manager is off duty.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct guest check‑ins and check‑outs, manage key handovers and verify guest identification.
• Inspect each unit before arrival, ensure it is clean, stocked and ready using the inventory form.
• Attend to guest requests, questions or issues after hours and report daily activity, incidents and feedback.
• Monitor security, control access and coordinate with on‑site guards.
• Coordinate urgent repairs with artisans or contractors, escalating only when necessary.
• Oversee cleaners, laundry staff and porter to ensure timely turnover.
• Handle emergencies such as power outages, fire, break‑ins or medical issues as first point of contact.
• Assess and document any damage or missing items at checkout.

Required profile

• Minimum OND or equivalent qualification with at least 1 year of supervisory or guest‑facing experience in hospitality.
• Strong communication, professional appearance and ability to work evening shifts.
• High integrity, reliability and sound judgment in guest interactions and emergencies.
• Basic understanding of building maintenance and ability to coordinate repairs.
