About the role

The Business Support & Development Coordinator will play a pivotal role in driving growth for our clients in the advertising and media sector. You will combine research, lead management and digital marketing activities to create new business opportunities and strengthen existing relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Support business development initiatives, lead generation and client engagement.
• Research potential clients, market opportunities and strategic partners.
• Manage prospect follow‑ups and maintain accurate lead databases.
• Coordinate social media content and broader marketing activities.
• Conduct market, industry and competitor research to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align outreach efforts.
• Utilise spreadsheets, CRM systems and digital tools to track performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in business development, sales, marketing or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of lead generation and business development processes.
• Excellent research, communication and follow‑up abilities.
• Highly organised, proactive, detail‑oriented and able to multitask.
• Independent worker who is resourceful, solutions‑oriented and accountable.
