Brand Growth Strategist (Lagos)

About the role

We are looking for a creative and strategic marketing professional to lead our brand growth initiatives for a fast‑growing gifting company in Lagos. The Brand Growth Strategist will shape the brand’s direction, drive awareness, and support business expansion through impactful campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s overall brand strategy.
• Plan and run marketing campaigns that boost brand awareness and drive growth.
• Create campaign concepts for major gifting occasions and corporate events.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Generate qualified leads and support customer acquisition efforts.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize results.
• Build strategic partnerships to increase brand visibility.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and business growth.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Creative thinker with strong commercial awareness.
• Current residence in Lagos.
