About the role
We are seeking a motivated Barista to prepare espresso‑based coffee, tea and other approved hot and cold beverages, maintain equipment, and support cocktail and mocktail orders after training.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare espresso‑based coffee, tea and other approved beverages, ensuring consistent recipes and presentation.
- Clean coffee equipment, report faults, and request supplies or maintenance as needed.
- Support cocktail, mocktail and general bar orders after completing relevant training.
- Use the POS accurately and coordinate drink service with the floor team.
- Record beverage ingredients, milk usage, wastage and stock movements while maintaining hygiene standards.
Required profile
- Minimum qualification of SSCE.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar barista role.
