About the role
The Bar Supervisor will lead the bar team in delivering high‑quality beverage service while ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails and other beverages according to recipes.
- Interact with customers, take orders, suggest drinks and upsell when appropriate.
- Check customer identification to verify legal drinking age.
- Maintain bar cleanliness, organization and safety standards.
- Restock inventory, manage supplies and ensure compliance with food‑and‑beverage regulations.
Required profile
- OND / HND / BSc degree in Hospitality or related field.
- 2‑5 years of relevant work experience.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, liquor types, flavor profiles and garnish techniques.
- Ability to operate bar equipment such as shakers and blenders.
