About the role

Join a leading financial services group as a Bancassurance Executive, working directly inside partner bank branches on Lagos Island and the Mainland. Key responsibilities

• Engage bank customers and recommend suitable insurance products.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to grow a personal portfolio.

• Collaborate with branch staff to integrate insurance solutions into everyday banking services.

Required profile

• Confident, persuasive, and result‑driven.
• Motivated by performance‑based earnings and comfortable with sales targets.
• Open to NYSC members, fresh graduates, and sales professionals.
• Background in banking or insurance is a plus but not mandatory.
