Automation Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Automation Manager to lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of automation systems and AI‑powered workflows across our fintech organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all automation initiatives, develop and maintain the automation roadmap and manage the full lifecycle from request to optimisation.
• Oversee AI workflow design, testing, deployment and governance for customer onboarding, collections and other business processes.
• Manage technical teams, set performance objectives and promote a culture of technical excellence.
• Prepare monthly executive reports, translate technical data into business insights and work with senior leaders to identify automation opportunities.
• Administer the automation technology stack, vendor relationships and ensure security, licensing and access controls are maintained.
• Enforce production governance, incident response and aim for a 30‑minute restoration time for critical automation systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in automation management, AI workflow orchestration or related areas.
• Proven ability to manage technical teams, cross‑functional projects and external partners.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with workflow automation platforms such as n8n, Make or Zapier.
• Integration of AI and Large Language Model APIs, prompt engineering and webhooks.
• API integrations, WhatsApp Business API and CRM automation.
• Technical documentation, SOP creation and incident management procedures.
