Automation Analyst (Workflow Builder)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Automation Analyst to design, build, monitor and maintain automated workflows that support daily business operations. You will work closely with Collections, Operations and Customer Experience teams to improve efficiency and ensure smooth process execution.

Key responsibilities

• Build, configure and maintain automated workflows using n8n or similar tools, testing and validating them against business requirements.
• Monitor workflow performance, identify failures or delays, and resolve issues within agreed timelines.
• Document workflow configurations, dependencies and troubleshooting procedures, maintaining an organized knowledge base.
• Prepare weekly governance reports on workflow health, incidents and KPI performance, providing actionable improvement recommendations.
• Engage with business teams to gather requirements, translate them into workflow specifications and support testing of new automations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in workflow automation, business operations or data analytics.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and documentation skills with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with n8n, Zapier or Make.
• Basic understanding of REST APIs, JSON and system integrations.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets for data tracking and reporting.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and database queries.
• Python scripting (advantage).
