About the role
The Auction Manager will lead the planning, coordination and execution of real‑estate auctions for Ayo Mayomi & Company. Based on‑site in Victoria Island, Lagos, the role covers both in‑person and online auction activities.
Key responsibilities
- Organise auction schedules, prepare property listings and required documentation.
- Monitor auction platforms, resolve participant issues and maintain accurate bid records.
- Prepare post‑auction reports and provide follow‑up support to clients and bidders.
Required profile
- Strong communication and customer‑service abilities to interact with clients, bidders and internal teams.
- Excellent organisational and time‑management skills to handle multiple auctions and strict deadlines.
- Ability to work on‑site in Lagos and collaborate with cross‑functional teams while upholding high ethical standards.
Required skills
- Proficiency with digital tools and online platforms used for marketing, registration and bidding.
- Knowledge of real‑estate principles and local property market practices.
