Apartment Manager

About the role

We are looking for a responsible, organized, and customer‑focused Apartment Manager to oversee the daily operations of a serviced apartment, ensuring smooth property management and excellent guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day apartment operations, including guest check‑ins, check‑outs, reservations and inquiries.
• Ensure apartments are clean, well‑maintained, and ready for guests, coordinating housekeeping and support staff.
• Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally, and monitor maintenance needs, coordinating repairs as required.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, expenses, supplies and daily operations, and monitor inventory of toiletries and cleaning supplies.
• Supervise staff performance, liaise with vendors and service providers, and provide regular reports to management.

Required profile

• OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Previous experience in apartment or hotel management, hospitality or a similar role.
• Strong customer service, communication, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to supervise staff, work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
• Professional, reliable, well‑presented and able to reside on the property when required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic Microsoft Office tools.

What we offer
