About the role
We are looking for a Professional Realtor to lead our sales team and drive business growth in the Lekki/Ajah area.
Required profile
- Academic qualification: B.Sc, HND or OND.
- Minimum 2 years proven experience as a marketing executive or similar role.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, presentation and recruitment abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Resides in Lekki or Ajah environs.
What we offer
- 12% commission on personal sales.
- 10% commission on team members' sales.
- ₦100,000 monthly allowance.
- Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) coverage.
