Area Business Lead – Real Estate Sales (Mushin & Palmgrove)

About the role

Afrihood Development is looking for a senior real‑estate professional to lead sales and business development across Ilupeju, Palmgrove, Onipanu, Fadeyi and Mushin in Lagos. The role starts as an Area CEO‑designate responsible for re‑commissioning Aize Residence and, after successful delivery, becomes the permanent Area CEO for the Ilupeju‑Palmgrove territory.

Key responsibilities

• Re‑commission Aize Residence, rebuild market confidence and generate credible demand, pricing and absorption evidence.
• Own sales targets, drive property transactions, manage brokers and channel partners, and maintain an accurate CRM pipeline.
• Act as the public face of Afrihood: create daily social‑media content, appear in videos and interviews, host inspections and community events.
• Identify and originate new land or joint‑venture opportunities, prepare project proposals and coordinate multidisciplinary inputs.
• Oversee local delivery by coordinating contractors, monitoring programme progress and escalating safety, quality or compliance issues.

Required profile

• Proven high‑performing residential realtor or senior sales executive with verifiable sales results.
• Strong leadership, accountability and ability to build trusted relationships with customers, brokers and landowners.
• Deep knowledge of Lagos property pricing, buyer behaviour and local community dynamics.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, resilience and willingness to be a visible public representative.
