About the role
The Assistant Manager will drive key performance indicators by delivering an exceptional in‑store experience. This role involves building and training a high‑performing team while integrating business trends and customer feedback into daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Build effective relationships with associates, peers and supervisors to develop a high‑performing team.
- Analyze reporting and business trends to make strategic decisions that drive results.
- Directly supervise store operations, ensuring high quality standards are maintained.
- Consistently assess and provide ongoing performance feedback to team members at all levels.
Required profile
- Minimum high school education or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of retail or equivalent management experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
