Lead, Partnership & Agency (Real Estate)

About the role

The organisation is an innovative digital property platform seeking a dynamic, commercially driven professional to lead the development and management of its Partnerships and Agency Network. You will build and expand a high‑performing network of real estate agents, corporate partners, cooperatives, institutions, and strategic channels to drive housing sales and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to recruit, onboard, and retain high‑performing sales agents and agencies across Nigeria.
• Build a structured nationwide agency network for Qshelter projects and create engagement, performance, and incentive frameworks.
• Identify and establish strategic partnerships with cooperatives, corporates, government institutions, professional associations, NGOs and diaspora groups.
• Drive sales generation through agency and partnership channels, monitor conversion rates and optimise partner performance.
• Maintain strong relationships with agents, partners and key stakeholders, organising engagement sessions and activation events.
• Track agency sales performance, produce weekly and monthly reports and ensure KPI achievement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Economics or related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in business development, real‑estate sales, partnership or agency/channel management.
• Proven track record of building and managing agency networks with a strong corporate and institutional network.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
