Aftersales Team Lead – Logistics Operations

About the role

The Aftersales Team Lead will manage the processing of customer returns, ensuring accurate evaluation of claims, proper quality checks, and timely movement of items between inventory, vendors, and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee receipt and reconciliation of packages from the Network team.
• Conduct quality checks on returned items to validate customer claims.
• Ensure all packages are processed within agreed timelines.
• Monitor processes to prevent losses and track items throughout the aftersales flow.
• Manage the queue of items in transit and received at aftersales.
• Drive performance management, including appraisals and training of the aftersales team.
• Identify and suggest system improvements to increase efficiency.
• Escalate issues to senior management and provide end‑of‑day handover information.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.
• Experience in FMCG, warehouse or order management.
• Background in quality assessment and control.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines and maintain high accuracy.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and motivational skills.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Email, Internet).
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs, Gmail).
