About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our logistics team in Marina, Anambra. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, handling inquiries and ensuring a smooth experience across all communication channels.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
  • Resolve complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Follow up with customers to confirm issue resolution.
  • Escalate complex issues to the Operations Manager when necessary.
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

Required profile

  • Diploma in Mass Communication, Public Administration or a related field (preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Active listening and empathy.
  • Ability to handle difficult customers calmly.
  • Team‑oriented attitude with a positive outlook.
