Aftersales Finance Manager

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Aftersales Finance Manager to lead the financial operations of three automotive after‑sales service centres in Nigeria. The role demands strict financial controls, timely revenue settlement and robust cash management to ensure zero tolerance for delays or discrepancies.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end revenue settlement across three sites and implement a Work‑in‑Progress tracking system to close jobs within defined timelines.
• Conduct daily three‑way reconciliations of job value, receipts and system settlements, investigating discrepancies on the same day.
• Review parts procurement requests, enforce 3‑way matching of PO, GRN and supplier invoice, and maintain a centralized supplier payment ledger to prevent duplicate payments.
• Manage local bank accounts, monitor daily cash flows, match remittances to revenue sources, and conduct periodic cash counts.
• Prepare weekly and monthly consolidated financial reports, including variance analysis, and support internal and external audits with complete documentation.
• Lead, train and appraise site accountants, establish SOPs and enforce deadline‑driven performance standards.
• Identify and escalate fraud risks, enforce zero‑tolerance policies on unauthorized payments and data manipulation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Professional qualification such as ICAN, ACCA or CPA (mandatory or strong advantage).
• Minimum 8 years of finance experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in automotive after‑sales or dealership operations is a plus.
