Account Manager - IT Solutions

About the role

Peakware Group, an integrated service business covering energy, technology, capacity development, business advisory, EPCI, operations and maintenance and digital transformation, is looking for an Account Manager to join its fast-growing technology team. The role suits a relationship-driven professional with strong commercial acumen who can manage and grow enterprise accounts. The position is based in Lekki, Lagos, on a hybrid basis.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with assigned client accounts and act as the primary contact for inquiries, escalations and solution delivery.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across IT products and services.
• Develop account plans and drive revenue growth within existing portfolios.
• Collaborate with technical, product and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Prepare proposals, quotes and presentations for clients.
• Track market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback, maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales forecasts.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, IT or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in account management, IT sales or customer success.
• Strong understanding of ICT solutions such as on-premises and cloud, cybersecurity, SaaS, ERP, digital identity and connectivity.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver revenue targets, with strong problem-solving and project management abilities.
