Business Development Executive - HR Services

About the role

A Business Development Executive is needed to drive business growth and revenue across the organisation's HR service offerings, including Recruitment & Talent Acquisition, HR Outsourcing, Learning & Development (L&D), Background Checks & Verification and HR Advisory services. The position is full-time, hybrid and based in Lekki, Lagos.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads and actively seek new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and industry partners

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Business Administration, Social Sciences or a related field; professional HR qualifications are an added advantage
• 2-3 years of proven experience in business development or marketing within an HR consulting company
• Demonstrable experience marketing HR solutions and related business services
• Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships and drive business growth
• Good people management skills, teamwork and excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Strong market knowledge of the business environment, a consultative sales approach and the ability to engage decision-makers across SMEs, multinationals, startups and public and private sector organisations
