About the role
Moniepoint is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the trusted advisor for Moniebook customers in Anambra. You will own the post‑onboarding relationship, ensuring clients derive maximum value from the platform and remain engaged, satisfied partners.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building trusted relationships with business owners, managers and staff.
- Proactively engage customers through regular check‑ins, addressing questions and issues before they escalate.
- Drive adoption of Moniebook features by educating users, sharing use cases and providing training refreshers.
- Monitor customer health signals (login frequency, transaction volume, support tickets) and implement retention strategies to prevent churn.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews to assess satisfaction, identify expansion opportunities and align on business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and promote feature adoption that deepens product stickiness.
Required profile
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Proactive, customer‑focused mindset with the ability to anticipate needs.
- Analytical ability to interpret usage data and health metrics.
- Experience in managing B2B client relationships, preferably in fintech or SaaS.
