About the role

Join IFF’s Taste division as a Sales Support Coordinator and help drive commercial success while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will act as a vital link between customers, account managers, and internal teams, ensuring smooth operations and accurate documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative and commercial support to the sales team, including managing sample requests, quotations, and documentation.
• Maintain customer projects, pricing, and system updates in Salesforce and SAP.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely support and resolve customer queries efficiently.
• Support the achievement of business and financial targets through accurate data entry and reporting.

Required profile

• Experience in sales support, customer service, or administration.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑service mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Legal right to live and work in Lagos, Nigeria.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce.
• Proficiency with SAP.
