About the role
We are looking for a Visa Officer to join our team in Lagos and Abuja, providing expert guidance on visa applications for Schengen, US, UK, Arab and Asian destinations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide detailed information to clients about visa requirements, procedures and timelines.
- Assist clients in preparing and organizing required documents for visa applications.
- Submit applications to embassies or consulates and follow up to ensure timely processing.
- Maintain accurate records of applications, approvals and rejections.
Required profile
- HND/BSc degree in Travel, Tourism or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in visa processing and customer service.
- Strong communication, organizational and time‑management abilities.
Required skills
- In‑depth knowledge of visa regulations for multiple countries.
- Proficiency with computer applications, including visa application software.
