About the role
Join Raphael Group as a Cake Decorator in Lagos, Marina, creating professionally finished cakes that meet customer specifications.
Key responsibilities
- Decorate and finish cakes using buttercream, whipped cream, fondant and other materials to a professional standard.
- Execute designs based on customer requirements, reference images and specifications, ensuring neat finishing and consistent quality.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and food safety while handling cakes and decorating supplies.
- Manage decorating tasks efficiently to meet orders and deadlines, collaborating with bakery team members.
- Assist with other bakery tasks as needed.
Required profile
- OND/HND in a relevant field.
- Proven hands‑on experience as a Cake Decorator or similar role.
- Strong attention to detail, good sense of colour, design and presentation.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and follow food hygiene practices.
- Reside within approximately 30 minutes of the workplace.

What we offer
