Hotel Manager – Lagos

About the role

The Hotel Manager will lead all operational aspects of a full‑service hotel in Lagos Marina, ensuring seamless guest experiences and optimal financial performance. This senior‑level position requires a blend of strategic oversight and hands‑on management across multiple departments.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of front office, housekeeping, restaurant, kitchen, pool, and laundry, ensuring compliance with SOPs and standards.
• Conduct operational inspections, identify weaknesses, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage staffing levels, deployment, and opening/closing procedures for all hotel sections.
• Maintain guest satisfaction by monitoring feedback, handling escalated complaints, and coordinating VIP services.
• Monitor revenue streams, budgets, cash handling, and key performance indicators such as ADR and occupancy.
• Ensure food‑and‑beverage quality, hygiene, waste control, and cost management across all outlets.
• Support sales and marketing initiatives to drive occupancy and corporate client relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or Business Administration (or equivalent diploma/certificate).
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive hotel management experience.
• Strong understanding of hotel SOPs, financial controls, and guest service standards.
