About the role
Harmony Gardens is building a continuous digital training programme for professional and student Realtors. We seek a creative, technically‑skilled video producer to turn real‑estate knowledge into engaging digital content.
Key responsibilities
- Produce and edit training videos, tutorials and presentations for Realtors.
- Manage webinar production, livestreaming, recording and distribution of replays.
- Collaborate with presenters to develop scripts, storyboards and demonstrations.
- Film approved property inspection and training content.
- Maintain a structured digital learning library and prepare short‑form videos for social media.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in video production, editing, webinar production or digital learning media.
- Ability to work with presenters who have limited camera experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating production quality.
Required skills
- Proficiency with professional video editing software.
- Experience with livestreaming tools and equipment.
- Understanding of audio, lighting, camera operation and digital presentation.
