About the role
The Zoho Product Trainer works full‑time in a hybrid setting based in Lekki, delivering engaging training on Zoho applications to internal teams and clients.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop training materials such as presentations, guides, and videos.
- Conduct live and virtual training sessions on Zoho products.
- Provide follow‑up support and clarification to trainees.
- Assess learner needs, gather feedback and analyse usage data to improve adoption.
- Collaborate with HR consultants, product specialists and client stakeholders to align training with business objectives.
Required profile
- Strong product training and development experience.
- Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
- Solid analytical skills for evaluating training effectiveness.
- Experience with Zoho applications (e.g., Zoho CRM, Zoho People) or similar cloud‑based platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Education, IT or related field preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and manage multiple training engagements.
