About the role
The Senior Training Officer will design, deliver and evaluate training programmes for childcare, eldercare and related subjects, ensuring high quality across all centres.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, deliver and assess training on childcare, eldercare, first aid, hygiene, nutrition and professional conduct.
- Mentor and supervise facilitators to maintain consistent training quality.
- Review and update curriculum in line with NBTE/QVSE standards.
- Maintain accurate training records, generate transcripts and support accreditation processes.
Required profile
- Master’s or higher degree (or HND) in Education, Social Work, Early Childhood Care or related field.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in training, teaching or caregiving, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong facilitation skills for adult learners.
- Organised, detail‑oriented and passionate about care.
