Training Coordinator

About the role

Peakware Group is seeking a proactive and organized Training Coordinator to support the day‑to‑day operations of its Academy. The role involves managing training activities, coordinating facilitators and trainees, and working closely with the Brand & Communications team to enhance course visibility and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate academy operations to ensure smooth delivery of training programs.
• Manage the academy website and track trainee applications.
• Source, schedule, and follow up with facilitators.
• Serve as the primary contact for trainees from application through completion.
• Collaborate with Brand & Communications to promote courses.
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with training processes.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in training coordination, learning and development, or capacity development.
• Strong organizational, project coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask effectively.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Experience using e‑learning platforms and digital learning tools.
