About the role
Travel Inn Booking Limited is seeking a Travel Consultant to support clients in planning and organizing domestic and international trips. The role involves guiding customers from initial inquiry through to confirmed bookings while delivering high‑quality service.
Key responsibilities
- Advise clients on destinations, travel options, budgets and itineraries.
- Manage reservations for flights, accommodations, ground transport and tours.
- Handle changes, cancellations and problem resolution promptly.
- Stay up‑to‑date with travel regulations, visa requirements and promotional offers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to share destination insights and contribute to travel‑related content.
Required profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Good organizational and time‑management abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with travel booking systems and online tools.
- Solid customer service experience in the travel or tourism sector.
