Growth Manager – Hospitality & Business Consulting

About the role

We are looking for a highly driven Growth Manager to lead customer acquisition, revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and brand visibility across multiple service lines in the hospitality and business consulting sector. The role combines business development, sales, partnership management, lead generation, and content‑driven marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth across all business offerings, maintaining a sales pipeline with at least 3× monthly revenue target coverage.
• Conduct discovery meetings, qualify prospects, lead high‑value client conversations, and support deal closure activities.
• Develop and manage strategic referral partnerships, negotiate partnership agreements, and maintain long‑term relationships with key clients and partners.
• Design and execute growth‑focused marketing campaigns across social media, email, WhatsApp, and digital platforms, while monitoring market trends and competitor activity.
• Maintain CRM accuracy, track prospects, monitor conversion rates, and generate weekly and monthly growth reports with actionable insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Economics, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in growth, business development, sales, marketing, or revenue operations, with a proven track record of generating leads and achieving revenue targets.
• Demonstrated ability to build strategic partnerships and manage customer acquisition funnels.
