Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales & Marketing Executive will drive revenue growth, expand market presence and strengthen brand positioning within the interior design and construction ecosystem. The role combines proactive business development, digital marketing coordination and full‑cycle sales management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets across residential, commercial and corporate segments.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing high‑value deals, preparing proposals, quotations and project pricing.
• Build and maintain relationships with interior designers, architects, developers and contractors, and represent the company at industry events.
• Collaborate on digital marketing campaigns on Instagram, WhatsApp and other channels, and contribute to content creation.
• Oversee showroom presentation, product display and inventory coordination.
• Track sales performance, pipeline activity and marketing outcomes, providing regular reports to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of sales and/or marketing experience, preferably in interior décor, construction materials, real estate or luxury retail.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong aesthetic sense and ability to understand design concepts.
