Software Engineer – Build Reliable Platforms

About the role

We are looking for a Software Engineer to build reliable platforms for gas tracking, enterprise operations, and customer‑facing experiences. This full‑time position is based in Lagos and offers a hybrid/remote work model, allowing flexibility while staying connected to the team.

Key responsibilities

• Design and ship product features with a strong focus on reliability, security, and performance, ensuring they meet the high standards required for gas tracking and enterprise operations.
• Collaborate closely with product and operations teams to translate real‑world workflows into efficient, maintainable software solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable code complemented by thoughtful testing and comprehensive documentation to facilitate future development.
• Own services and user experiences end‑to‑end, including continuous monitoring, performance tuning, and iterative improvement.

Required profile

• Strong fundamentals in TypeScript/JavaScript and modern web engineering practices, enabling the development of robust, scalable applications.
• Proven experience building and maintaining production‑grade applications that serve enterprise users.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across functions, with a comfort for handling ambiguity and taking ownership.
