Social Media & Digital Content Officer

About the role

The Social Media & Digital Content Officer will lead the creation and distribution of engaging educational content across multiple platforms. You will work closely with the counseling team to turn prospects into qualified leads and support the promotion of study‑abroad events.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and publish short‑form videos, carousels, infographics and success stories on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and Facebook.
• Respond promptly to direct messages, comments and inquiries, nurturing prospects into active leads.
• Plan and execute targeted social media campaigns for fairs, university visits, application deadlines and webinars.
• Interview placed students to showcase admission journeys, visa approvals and campus experiences.
• Monitor weekly KPI metrics (reach, engagement rate, click‑through rates, lead conversions) and refine strategies based on insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or a related field.
• At least 2 years of proven experience managing professional social media accounts (portfolio required).
• Strong written, verbal and visual communication abilities.
• Familiarity with international education trends, university admission cycles and student visa processes is a plus.
