Marketing Executive

About the role

Sportivo Limited is looking for proactive Marketing Executives to secure sponsorships, attract paying clients and promote its sports and entertainment projects. The role involves active outreach, persuasive presentations and turning opportunities into closed deals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify prospective sponsors, partners and clients and reach decision‑makers.
• Prepare tailored proposals, sponsorship presentations and sales pitches.
• Make outreach calls, arrange meetings and present the company’s offerings.
• Follow up on enquiries, support negotiations and close approved deals.
• Secure financial sponsorship and partnerships involving products, facilities and services.
• Generate sales through approved company services, projects and events.
• Develop and execute promotional campaigns with the content creator.
• Build relationships with brands, agencies, businesses, media organisations and sports networks.
• Maintain a prospect tracker showing discussions, proposals, next actions and deal status.
• Coordinate with the Project Coordinator to ensure agreed client and sponsor benefits are delivered.
• Track campaign results, sales conversions and revenue received.
• Submit weekly progress reports and work towards agreed commercial targets.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in marketing, sales, business development or sponsorship.
• Strong communication, proposal‑writing, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Confidence in contacting prospects and attending business meetings.
• Ability to build relationships, follow up consistently and work towards targets.
• Good computer skills and accurate record‑keeping.
• Interest in sports, entertainment and media.
• Previous success securing clients, sales or partnerships is an advantage.
• A relevant degree is preferred, but strong practical experience is also considered.
