About the role
This senior position leads Facebook user acquisition campaigns for high‑growth digital products, targeting global audiences with a focus on Tier‑1 markets. You will operate in a remote‑first, internationally distributed team, combining hands‑on execution with strategic optimisation to drive measurable customer acquisition results.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage Facebook user acquisition campaigns for web funnels across multiple consumer‑facing digital products, focusing on Tier‑1 markets such as the United States.
- Plan, launch, optimise and scale paid campaigns while overseeing substantial monthly advertising budgets (≥ $100K) to drive sustainable growth.
- Maintain and improve ad account structures, tracking systems, domains, payment flows and operational processes to ensure stability and efficiency.
- Develop and execute structured creative testing frameworks, analysing performance data to identify winning concepts and scaling opportunities.
- Implement automation initiatives using scripts, rules, integrations and third‑party tools to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
- Monitor key acquisition metrics (CPA, ROAS, LTV) and refine targeting, bidding and scaling strategies based on insights.
- Document workflows, best practices and optimisation learnings to support long‑term channel growth.
Required profile
- Proven senior‑level hands‑on experience in Facebook user acquisition for web‑based B2C products, especially in Tier‑1 international markets.
- Track record of managing high‑volume advertising budgets of at least $100 K per month, preferably over $200 K.
- Deep understanding of Facebook Ads best practices, campaign structure, bidding, scaling, attribution and troubleshooting.
- Ability to balance hands‑on execution with strategic channel leadership in a performance‑driven environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent data interpretation and performance‑oriented decision‑making.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, capable of working independently in a fully remote, globally distributed team.
