About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Head of Marketing and Senior Sales Manager to drive growth for our automotive business in Lagos. The role combines strategic marketing leadership with hands‑on sales management to expand market share across retail and fleet channels.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Lead showroom sales teams, field executives, and regional operations.
- Identify new business opportunities such as corporate fleet sales, partnerships, and government contracts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences in the automotive sector.
- Build and maintain relationships with high‑value clients and distributors.
- Create and launch integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, radio, outdoor and social media.
- Coordinate vehicle launches, exhibitions, roadshows and promotional events.
- Manage advertising budgets and evaluate campaign performance metrics.
- Oversee CRM initiatives, lead generation and customer retention programs.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports and market analyses for executive management.
- Collaborate with finance and operations on pricing strategies and inventory planning.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle and maintain compliance with industry regulations.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the automobile or related industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field; MBA or master’s degree strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and leading high‑performing teams.
- Exceptional leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.
