Creative Marketing Specialist

About the role

Project Nero is building a trust and verification layer for professional talent. We are looking for a Creative Marketing Specialist who will shape how the world first hears about us and keep the conversation going.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow Project Nero’s social media presence, with LinkedIn as the primary channel.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns that raise awareness among professional talent and hiring companies.
• Create on‑brand written, visual, and video content that drives engagement.
• Build and nurture a community of early users, turning them into brand advocates.
• Apply strategic thinking to audience segmentation, message architecture, channel selection, and performance measurement.
• Collaborate closely with leadership to translate product vision into resonant marketing.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, creative strategy, or a closely related field.
• Proven track record growing an audience or running campaigns on LinkedIn.
• Experience in an early‑stage or growth‑stage business, ideally as an early marketing hire.
• Strong analytical instinct and ownership mentality.
• Excellent written communication skills.
