Senior Product Manager – Prediction Market Platform

About the role

We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to own a core surface of the Bayse platform end‑to‑end, from the daily trading and markets experience to the underlying settlement, liquidity and compliance mechanics. You will set direction, prioritize against regulatory, liquidity and engineering constraints, and ship features that drive volume, liquidity depth, retention and trust.

Key responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for your product area, defining what gets built, in what order and why.
• Write clear specifications and decision documents that guide engineering and design.
• Conduct user discovery, analyze data and translate insights into a prioritized backlog.
• Collaborate daily with engineering, design, trading/quant and operations to unblock delivery and make trade‑off decisions.
• Define and own success metrics such as volume, liquidity depth, retention and conversion, and run experiments to improve them.
• Partner with trading, compliance and operations to ensure pricing, settlement, KYC and risk mechanics are robust.
• Invent new market types, mechanics and experiences to advance the prediction‑market category.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience with senior ownership of a complex product area, preferably in fintech, trading, crypto/Web3 or high‑stakes consumer platforms.
• Strong quantitative instincts and comfort working with data, unit economics and market health metrics.
• Builder mindset: comfortable digging into product mechanics, prototyping and shipping under ambiguity and constraints.
• Track record of scaling a consumer product toward or beyond a million active users.
• Excellent judgment under pressure, balancing user trust, liquidity, compliance and speed.
• Clear written and verbal communication across engineering, design, trading, operations and leadership.
