About the role
The Senior Presales Engineer will drive sales opportunities by delivering technical presentations, demos, and solution designs for IBM Verify, while ensuring smooth implementation and post‑sale customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct presentations, demonstrations, Proof of Concepts and pilot programs to showcase IBM Security solutions.
- Participate in technical sales cadence calls and coordinate with support and professional services throughout the sales cycle.
- Assist with deployment and implementation after sale, handling onboarding and technical issues.
- Monitor customer adoption, suggest enhancements, and identify upselling or cross‑selling opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales, product, marketing and other internal teams to qualify opportunities and provide feedback for product development.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Presales Engineer working with IBM Security solutions.
