Senior HR Business Partner – International Fintech

About the role

Optasia is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to support its fast‑growing fintech operations across multiple regions. You will act as the primary HR liaison for employees and leaders, translating business strategy into people initiatives that drive performance, leadership capability and organisational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for employees and leaders in the assigned region.
• Partner with senior business leaders to design and execute people strategies aligned with growth priorities, organisational design and workforce planning.
• Provide trusted coaching on performance, engagement, talent planning, succession, team effectiveness, change management and complex employee‑relations matters.
• Leverage people data and business insights to identify trends, diagnose issues and recommend actions that improve retention, productivity and leadership capability.
• Support leaders through organisational change, including restructures, operating‑model shifts, role clarity and communication planning.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Rewards, Payroll and People Operations to ensure a seamless employee experience.
• Coach and challenge managers to raise the quality of decision‑making, leadership behaviours and people‑management practices.
• Act as HR policy and process expert, leading annual cycles such as performance reviews, talent reviews, promotions and workforce planning.

• A credible, commercially‑minded HR leader capable of operating as a strategic partner while staying close to execution.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, matrixed, multicultural environment where priorities shift quickly.
• Passionate about building high‑performing teams, coaching leaders and creating scalable, data‑informed, employee‑centric people practices.
