Sales Supervisor

About the role

The Sales Supervisor will lead a team of sales representatives, cashiers, lobby hosts and customer service staff to deliver excellent service in a hospitality environment. You will be responsible for driving daily sales, ensuring accurate record‑keeping and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of sales and front‑of‑house staff.
• Monitor daily sales performance and work towards achieving targets.
• Prepare and submit daily sales reports to management.
• Oversee cash handling, reconciliation and accurate sales recording.
• Manage opening and closing procedures to ensure compliance.
• Monitor stock levels and report any shortages or discrepancies.
• Ensure staff adhere to grooming, punctuality and professional conduct standards.
• Train, coach and motivate team members to improve performance.
• Enforce company policies, health and safety standards and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with kitchen and other departments for smooth service delivery.
• Assist in staff scheduling and shift management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the customer service area.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification of an HND.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory role.
