Sales Agent – Abuja

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients through calls, emails and other channels.
• Present the company’s financial products and services confidently to prospects.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Manage a sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow‑ups and conversions.
• Negotiate and close sales deals effectively.
• Conduct market research to stay ahead of competitors.
• Collaborate with marketing and retention teams to ensure a smooth client journey.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year proven telesales experience, preferably in a Forex or CFD brokerage.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team player with a proactive and energetic approach.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field preferred (not mandatory).

Required skills

• Knowledge of online trading platforms and financial markets (advantageous).
