About the role
Join Mayah as a Sales Representative in Abuja, delivering a warm in‑store experience and helping customers discover fashion pieces they love.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers, create a welcoming environment and provide styling advice.
- Maintain store presentation, process payments, and pack online and in‑store orders.
- Respond to customer enquiries both online and in‑store and share feedback with the team.
- Drive sales to meet store targets and build lasting customer relationships.
Required profile
- Strong written and spoken English with professional communication skills.
- Proven experience using Shopify and a POS system.
- Good customer service and sales abilities with a track record of meeting targets.
- Basic mathematics, attention to pricing, payments and order details.
- Genuine interest in fashion and a bubbly, approachable personality.
- Residency in Abuja and availability to work on‑site.
