Sales Operations Manager

About the role

Earlybrite is looking for a high‑energy, results‑driven Sales Operations Manager to lead its sales team, expand market reach, and build institutional partnerships across Lagos.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and optimise sales strategies to drive enrolments and partnership sign‑ups for The Builders Foundry and The Global Innovation Trek.
• Lead, mentor and manage a high‑performing sales team, setting KPIs, daily quotas and accountability structures.
• Pitch programmes directly to school proprietors, principals, administrators and educational networks to acquire B2B partners.
• Represent Earlybrite in the field by attending PTA meetings, education summits and stakeholder consultations.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales lifecycle from lead generation and nurturing to closing, ensuring consistent conversion growth.

Required profile

• Based in Lagos with ability to travel across the city for stakeholder meetings and school pitches.
• 5+ years proven track record in B2B sales, educational program marketing, high‑ticket service sales or business development, preferably with a network in Lagos private schools.
• Exceptional public speaking, negotiation, presentation and cross‑functional team‑management abilities.
• Passionate about educational innovation, self‑driven and relentless about hitting ambitious targets.
