About the role
The Quality Assurance Officer will ensure that food quality, hygiene, service, and operational standards are consistently maintained in a fast‑paced restaurant environment.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor food quality, preparation, packaging, and presentation.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Conduct regular checks on kitchen and service operations.
- Enforce company SOPs, portion control, cleanliness and product consistency.
- Identify quality issues, report them and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain daily quality and inspection reports.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a QSR or restaurant setting.
- Background in quality assurance or quality control within the food service industry.
- Strong observation, communication and reporting abilities.
- Willingness to work a one‑day‑on, one‑day‑off schedule.
