HORECA Manager

About the role

The HORECA Manager will drive sales and brand visibility for Frutta’s beverage portfolio across hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering companies and related outlets in Lagos. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts and ensuring product availability.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new HORECA business opportunities and nurture relationships with decision‑makers and distributors.
• Plan and execute promotional activities, negotiate contracts and pricing agreements, and monitor market trends and competitor actions.
• Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports and collaborate with marketing and supply‑chain teams to optimise service delivery.
• Conduct regular field visits, train sales representatives on HORECA strategies and ensure compliance with company standards.

Required profile

• Strong sales and account‑management experience in hotels, restaurants, cafés or catering channels.
• Proven ability in business development, negotiation and relationship management within FMCG or beverage markets, preferably in Nigeria or West Africa.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Lagos, perform frequent field visits and thrive in a fast‑paced commercial environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic digital tools such as CRM systems.
• Competence in spreadsheets and presentation software.
