Storekeeper

About the role

The Storekeeper will manage inventory and supplies for the hospitality operation, ensuring accurate records and timely replenishment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock and supplies.
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
• Monitor stock levels and report low‑stock items for replenishment.
• Issue materials and supplies to authorized personnel.
• Conduct regular stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Ensure proper storage and organization of items within the store.
• Prevent stock losses, damages, and wastage through proper inventory control.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of the store area.
• Collaborate with management and relevant departments on inventory needs.

Required profile

• Minimum of an HND or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience as a Storekeeper, Inventory Officer, or similar role is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and record‑keeping.
• Good numerical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and pay attention to detail.
• Honest, responsible, and trustworthy.
• Ability to work the assigned shift schedule.
