Restaurant Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our Lagos outlet. The role oversees all aspects of daily operations, from opening and closing procedures to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage opening and closing routines, shift coverage, staff briefings and ensure daily service readiness.
• Coordinate activities across the floor, kitchen, bar, finance, inventory and procurement teams.
• Collaborate with the Customer Experience and Delivery Lead on order fulfilment and guest feedback.
• Monitor sales against targets and organise breakfast, brunch, dine‑in and delivery services.
• Resolve guest complaints, record incidents and escalate food‑safety, financial or staffing issues.
• Enforce SOPs, approved discounts, cash controls, stock procedures and produce timely management reports.
• Coach staff, assess performance and lead pre‑opening training and mock service sessions.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years of restaurant management experience.
• A degree in a related field.
• Strong leadership and effective communication abilities.
• Proven customer service and problem‑solving skills.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety and hygiene standards.
