Relationship Manager

About the role

Our client, a reputable asset management firm in Ikoyi, Lagos, is looking for a client‑oriented Relationship Manager. You will manage a portfolio of institutional and high‑net‑worth investors, understand their investment objectives, and deliver tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong relationships with institutional investors, corporations and high‑net‑worth individuals, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Conduct regular meetings and reviews to assess portfolio performance, discuss strategies and provide investment recommendations.
• Analyze client portfolios, asset allocations and risk exposure to ensure alignment with objectives.
• Identify and pursue new client acquisition opportunities, leveraging networks and marketing initiatives to grow assets under management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in relationship management or client advisory within the asset management industry.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, asset allocation strategies and risk management principles.
• Proven track record of managing client portfolios, achieving revenue targets and driving business growth.
