Regional Trainer – FMCG Experience Required

About the role

Eat N Go Limited is a fast‑growing restaurant group operating brands such as Domino’s Pizza, Cold Stone Creamery and Pinkberry across Nigeria and Kenya. The Regional Trainer will design and deliver training programmes to improve employee capability and operational standards across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programmes for employees across assigned regions and locations.
• Conduct onboarding, induction, product, service, operational and refresher training.
• Identify training needs and performance gaps and recommend appropriate interventions.
• Conduct regular training assessments and provide reports to management.
• Work closely with Operations and management teams to align training with business objectives.
• Monitor training effectiveness and coach staff during field visits.
• Support implementation of new products, processes and systems through targeted training.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Hospitality Management or related field.
• 3–5 years experience in training and development, preferably within FMCG, QSR, Retail or Hospitality.
• Proven experience training employees across multiple locations or regions.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, coaching and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with training/LMS platforms.
